We are constantly thinking of ways to improve the way we work and one of the things we feel passionately about is aiming to become as eco-friendly as we can.

One of the things we have found is that buying new means that in turn (however much we try not to) end up purchasing components from overseas which we all know is the way forward.

It's actually incredibly hard to find a way that we can 'cleanly' be eco-friendly, but one thing we can agree in is that recycling is the best way to do this. 

In store we are making a big push for our 'White Elephant' range, the 'old fashioned' term White Elephant derived from the concept of selling pre-loved goods.  So if you see an item in store labelled with the 'White Elephant' tag, you are purchasing something that has been carefully curated, repaired and restored where necessary and sold for a fraction of the cost they would have been new.

So from 2024 and onwards... lets let go of the stigma of old and instead embrace our historic pieces with a new lease of life!
